Effective Date: October 17, 2026
This Cookie Policy explains how Elate Artist Collective, operated by Elate Business Concepts Group, LLC, uses cookies and similar technologies on this website.
1. Current Site Configuration
As of the Effective Date, the site uses WordPress and WooCommerce technologies necessary for core website, account, cart, checkout, security, and session functions. Our inspection of the live home page did not identify an active behavioral-advertising tag or analytics tag. The site also requests fonts from Google-hosted font services; those requests may transmit network information such as your IP address and browser information to the font provider even though they are not, by themselves, advertising cookies.
2. Necessary Cookies and Similar Storage
Necessary technologies may be used to keep the site secure, maintain a session, remember cart contents, support checkout, remember account state, prevent fraud, and provide features you request. These technologies are required for the Services to function and generally cannot be disabled through a site preference center without impairing those functions.
3. Optional Analytics or Advertising
Elate does not currently describe any optional analytics or behavioral-advertising category as active on this site. If Elate later introduces optional analytics, advertising, cross-context behavioral advertising, or another non-essential cookie category, this Policy will be updated and any consent, opt-out, or preference mechanism required by applicable law will be implemented before or during the covered processing.
4. Browser and Privacy Signals
You may use browser or device settings to block or delete cookies, but blocking necessary cookies may prevent account, cart, or checkout functions from working. Browser cookie controls do not necessarily communicate every legally recognized privacy choice. Where applicable law requires Elate to recognize an opt-out preference signal for covered sale, sharing, or targeted-advertising processing, Elate will honor that legal requirement.
5. Third-Party Technologies
Third-party services used to deliver a requested feature may receive technical information needed to provide that feature. Current examples include Google-hosted font resources and, when enabled, payment, tax-compliance, fulfillment, and shipping providers. Those providers may have their own privacy and cookie practices.
6. Changes
We will update this Policy if the technologies deployed on the site materially change. The current version will always state its effective date.
7. Contact
Questions about cookies or privacy may be sent to art@elategallery.com or mailed to Elate Business Concepts Group, LLC, Attn: Privacy / Elate Artist Collective, PO Box 100088, Milwaukee, WI 53210.
