Artist Policies
Artist Fees & No-Refund Policy — artist activation, publishing, enrollment and membership fees; nonrefundable charges; required legal exceptions, billing errors, cancellation and disputes.
Artist Portfolio Review Authorization — limited authorization governing the temporary external portfolio link used during application review.
Artist Subscription & Billing Terms — recurring portfolio subscription terms that apply when recurring billing is activated.
Artist Participation & Consignment Agreement — invitation-only. The agreement is presented only after Elate accepts an applicant for consignment. It requires electronic signatures and is not a public application document.
