How membership enrollment works: Memberships are offered after acceptance into the Collective. During the application process, choose the artwork tier that best suits your portfolio. Following approval, you will receive an email confirming your acceptance and an invoice for the monthly tier you selected, with instructions for completing the required agreement, onboarding, and payment. The plan buttons above let you review each tier and its published price. Any recurring payments require your separate authorization; manual monthly renewal is also an option. Membership fees are generally nonrefundable after valid payment, subject to applicable law. The temporary $49.95 application hold is for the separate one-time activation fee, not an additional monthly charge. Read the full Billing Terms.

Answers before you apply

Artist Questions & Answers

Helpful details about your artwork, presentation quality, the gallery experience, orders, and artist membership. Select any question to read the answer.

01How and where are my artwork files stored?

The Collective’s planned workflow keeps production-ready artwork in a private, controlled archive, separate from the smaller, web-optimized images visitors see. Secure submission, access, retention, and removal procedures are provided during approved artist onboarding. Gallery previews are not a public download of the original production files.

02What image quality is expected for artwork?

Submit original, clear, high-resolution artwork suited to the intended print dimensions. Images should be sharp, correctly proportioned, free of unwanted watermarks or compression artifacts, and of professional presentation quality. Resolution and print suitability are reviewed for each piece; specific file requirements are confirmed before production.

03Which file formats and dimensions should I provide?

A high-quality JPEG or PNG may be suitable for review, depending on the artwork. Avoid enlarging a small web image and assuming it is print-ready. Approved artists will receive the production submission requirements, including accepted formats, color, aspect ratio, and resolution for the selected sizes.

04How can a collector view my art up close?

The gallery experience is designed so selecting an artwork opens a focused pop-up (modal) with a larger viewing image and details such as the work’s title, artist, description, and purchasing options when enabled. Visitors can examine the presentation without being given your production-resolution master file.

05Will collectors see my art in a virtual gallery or room mockup?

The gallery experience is being developed around curated virtual rooms and realistic presentation mockups. Eligible artwork can be shown on walls with proportional sizing, allowing visitors to better understand how a piece might look in a space. Mockups are visual examples; the final printed product follows the selected specifications.

06How do you prepare artwork for display without losing quality?

The customer-facing website uses optimized display images so pages and previews load efficiently while keeping detail visually attractive. Print-ready files are evaluated and handled separately for production; web compression should not be used as the basis for an enlarged fine-art print.

07Does every submitted artwork appear automatically?

No. Approval of your artist application does not guarantee that every submitted piece will be published. Each artwork is reviewed for image quality, originality or authorized rights, suitability, and gallery presentation before acceptance.

08Who owns the copyright to my artwork?

You must own the necessary rights or have permission to license the work for the proposed use. Submission does not, by itself, transfer copyright ownership to the Collective. The permissions for display, promotion, production, and sale are governed by the Artist Participation & Consignment Agreement and the Copyright & DMCA Policy.

09Can buyers purchase framed prints or other presentation options?

Where available, a collector can review eligible print and framing choices, preview the presentation, and purchase through the Gallery’s product flow. Available materials, sizes, framing, finishing, and prices depend on the particular artwork and its production options.

10Who prints, packages, and ships the purchased artwork?

For eligible physical orders, the Gallery coordinates preparation and fulfillment through its production process. Shipping options, charges, estimated timelines, and remedies for delivery damage are governed by the applicable customer checkout terms and fulfillment policies. The artist does not need to promise individual shipping dates.

11How are artwork prices and artist earnings calculated?

Artwork pricing is subject to the Collective’s acceptance and pricing requirements, including the current $85 minimum retail price. Under the published artist program, the artist share is 90% of Net Art Revenue and the Collective share is 10%—not 90% of the retail price before applicable deductions. The agreement defines the calculation and payment terms.

12Can I add, replace, or remove artwork later?

Approved artists may request additions or changes to their portfolio, subject to the membership’s active-artwork limit and review of each submitted piece. Removal requests and any outstanding customer orders are handled under the signed participation terms.

13How do membership tiers work if my collection grows?

Your tier determines how many artworks may be active at one time, starting with 1–5 pieces and extending to 41–75 pieces in the listed plans. Only one membership is permitted per artist. Changes to a higher or lower tier follow the Artist Subscription & Billing Terms.

14Can I apply before the gallery is fully open?

Yes. You may apply before the gallery opens. Once your completed application and temporary $49.95 card authorization are received, your application is reviewed within 48 calendar hours. If accepted, you will receive an approval email and an invoice for the membership tier you selected during the application process. Your membership becomes available after acceptance and completion of the required agreement, onboarding, and payment steps. Artwork is published only after individual review and approval; acceptance does not automatically place every piece on display.
